- The Engineering staff has a Professional Engineers licensed in the State of Illinois, bringing you a combined 50+ years of experience and knowledge in the design and service of equipment and systems sold by Don Johns
- Calibration, certification (if applicable) and service of equipment either sold by Don Johns or procured elsewhere. Don Johns offers both on-site and in-house services
- A dedicated team of outside & inside salespersons, engineers and technicians to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support – on phone or on-site – and customer service.
